Currently there are over 100 employees, including more than 10 r&d personneland ，a fabrication area of more than 10,000 square meters. Our company has advanced LED luminaire manufacturing and test facilities such as auto soldering and SMT machines, programmable constant temperature and humidity testing machine,high temperature aging oven,ultraviolet weather-proof machine,salt mist spraying testing machine,lighting surge simulator,IP68 waterproof test machine, electrical testing device such as integrating spheres and distribution photometer, AOI tester,RoHS scanner, and an independent EMI laboratory as well. We also have a professional trained QC team to ensure the quality of all the products. And all the products are CE certified as well as RoHS compliant,and some of the products are DLC and Energy Start compliant.

Q1: Does Kili Lighting accept the OEM /ODM order?
A:Welcome !OEM/ODM order is aviailable， we have more than 10 persons R&D Team，please contract us for further details.

Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than.

Q3. How to pay？
A:T/T；L/C；Western Union；Paypal；ETC.are acceptable.

Q4: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we
will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
